We ship all orders from Croatia using reliable carriers including EuroSender and BoxNow to get your 3D printed parts to you safely and on time. We ship every order as soon as possible to ensure fast delivery.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping options depending on your location and preference:
- Standard Courier (EuroSender): Direct delivery to your specified address across the EU.
- Locker Delivery (BoxNow): Self-service collection from automated lockers. Available in Croatia and other supported regions.
BoxNow Locker Delivery
If you choose BoxNow locker delivery, your package will be delivered to the automated locker you selected during checkout.
- You will receive a PIN code via SMS/email once your package is ready for collection.
- Packages typically stay in the locker for 48-72 hours (as specified by BoxNow).
- If not collected within this timeframe, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Processing Time
Standard processing time is 1-5 business days from order confirmation. Complex prints or large orders may take longer. You can track your order status in the "Orders" tab on our website.
Shipping Destinations
We deliver to EU countries from our facility in Croatia. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on the destination, selected carrier (EuroSender or BoxNow), and package size. Please note that local holidays and remote locations may affect delivery times.
Restrictions: Some countries may restrict or prohibit the import of certain items, including 3D printed parts. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their order complies with local laws and regulations.
Package Protection
All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile parts are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's website.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund.
