Our standard print bed size is 250x250x250mm. If you need something even larger, contact us and we'll discuss custom solutions or assembly options.

Currently we do not print in multiple colors, however we will be adding that option in the near future.

We stand behind our work! If there's a printing error on our end, we'll reprint your order at no charge. If you're not satisfied with the quality, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

We print both! Our high-quality materials and precision printing make us suitable for functional parts, end-use products, and production runs. Many of our customers use our services for both prototyping and final production parts.

We currently only offer support removal.

Currently we offer FDM 3D printing service of already existing files. We don't offer 3D modelling and 3D scanning services yet, but plan to in the near future, alongside SLA printing.

We offer a wide range of materials including PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU and Nylon (PAHT-CF). Each material has different properties and pricing and you can read more about the material details and color availability in our materials section.

Yes! We offer volume discounts starting at 4+ pieces. The more you order, the better the discount. Contact us for custom pricing on large production runs or if you need regular supply agreements.

There are many online platforms where you can download 3D printable files to send us for printing. For free options, you can check out Thingiverse (thingiverse.com), Printables (printables.com), Thangs (thangs.com), MyMiniFactory (myminifactory.com), and Cults3D (cults3d.com). If you're looking for premium content there are CGTrader (cgtrader.com), Gambody (gambody.com) , and Pinshape (pinshape.com) . Simply download the STL, OBJ, or 3MF file from any of these platforms and upload it to our quotation system. We accept all common 3D file formats!

Yes, cancellation may be possible depending on your order's status. Please contact us immediately through our Contact page or at contact@eksaria.com with your order number, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If your order hasn't been printed or shipped yet, we can typically process a full refund.

We typically ship standard orders within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. We currently ship only to countries within European Union and provide a tracking link for your package.

We accept STL, OBJ and 3MF files through our Quoter system for instant online pricing and ordering. However, if your design is in another format such as STEP/STP, SVG or AMF, please contact us directly.

Our prints typically achieve ±0.1mm accuracy for FDM manufacturing and ±0.02mm for SLA manufacturing (coming soon).
